LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD                                                                                             SHEEP

Once upon a time there lived a little girl named Little Red Riding Hood.

On one snowy December day, Little Red Riding hood was on her way to Grandma’s house.

She saw two sheep making snowmen, so she decided to join them. She made a snowman shaped

like a sheep.

The sheep asked her where she was heading to. She answered “I’m going to Grandma’s Christmas Dinner.”

The sheep asked “Can we join you Little Red Riding Hood?

Little Red Riding Hood said “Sure you can! Grandma would love that! The more the better!”

So, Little Red Riding Hood and the two sheep went on their way to Grandma’s house, when they suddenly saw a soft-haired wolf crying.  Little Red Riding Hood went to the wolf and asked why he was so sad.

The wolf stuttered “I’m sad because I have no friends to play with.” He sniffed into his paw.  He was under a tree crying with big red eyes, like he had been crying for a long time.  Little Red Riding Hood and the sheep said “Stop crying there.  I know! We can be your friends!”

The wolf stopped crying, and smiled a big smile.  He looked happy and said “OK then.  Thanks that means a lot.  So, where are you headed to?” He asked.  The sheep excitedly answered “We are going to Grandma’s Christmas dinner!” One of the sheep did a somersault he was that excited.

The wolf asked “Can I come too? I haven’t eaten for days.”  The sheep answered “Sure of course you can.  You must be starving!  We are going to have turkey, puddings, cakes, sweets, red lemonade and so much else that you are going to love.  Plus we always sing lots of happy songs.”

So the four friends finally reached Grandma’s house. The wolf said just before they knocked on the door. “My. It smells so good.”

They knocked on the door and Grandma opened it with a big smile wearing her new Christmas apron.  Grandma said “Ohh! It looks like Little Red Riding Hood brought some friends along.  Well, I say the more the better. So come on in gang!”

They sat down and ate Grandma’s lovely food at the dinner table and lived happily ever after.
