It’s that time of year again.

Now is the time to trying to relax, focus on getting through exams and not worrying!!

Drink enough water,

Eat healthy.

Get enough sleep,

Exercise.

Go over your notes and test yourself at the end of each section. Reward yourself when you know it, do it again and get the reward if you have to repeat!

Go easy on yourself, remember it’s not a race!!!

Best of luck, remember to take in your pen, a spare pen, pencils and know your candidate number!  Make sure you know what colour exam paper you are going to take.

Take your time in the first few minutes of the exam to read the questions when everyone else is scurrying to write, plan and then go for it! Check your spellings, punctuation and grammar and ALWAYS KEEP THE READER IN MIND.
